Life can be tough sometimes and it can be helpful to have support along the way while you’re facing a difficult time. You may be experiencing a big life event, struggling with stress, self-doubt, or just need a safe space to vent. I'm here to listen, support, and maybe even sneak in a little wisdom along the way! I have experience (11 years) working in multiple areas including but not limited to: inner conflict, conflict with a partner, family, work and life transitions. The bulk of my experience is working with adolescents and adults (mainly adults who work in the education field/setting). Clinical Supervision: for ASW/ACSW, therapists in training is available.
