I have over 11 years of experience and a special focus on working with: People in the middle of big life transitions—new chapters/endings, Clients working through generational trauma, especially those wanting to break cycles and reclaim their voice, and BIPOC individuals navigating cultural dynamics, and the weight of systemic stress. Employer Trainings/Workshops: With several years of experience and training in child welfare and the education realm, I am equipped to provide various trainings with your employees (i.e suicide prevention training for educators working with children, stress management, child abuse/reporting).
