You may be experiencing a big life event, struggling with stress, self-doubt, or just need a safe space to vent. I'm here to listen, support, and maybe even sneak in a little wisdom along the way! I have experience (11 years) working in multiple areas including but not limited to: inner conflict, conflict with a partner, family, work and life transitions. Employer Trainings/Workshops: With several years of experience and training in child welfare and the education realm, I am equipped to provide various trainings with your employees (i.e suicide prevention training for educators working with children, stress management, child abuse/reporting).
